Visited Dwarkamai Pure Veg Restaurant for some good North Indian food — and the taste did not disappoint. The ambiance was clean and pleasant, and the food quality was definitely commendable. However, the crowd management was a serious issue. I had to wait for 45 minutes just to get a table, and once inside, I noticed most customers were sitting with empty plates, waiting for their food. It seems the service was delayed across the board, which was causing the queue outside to grow longer. In total, it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to finish dinner and leave — and most of that time was just waiting. We didn’t take long to eat, but the kitchen delay really slowed everything down. If they can improve their kitchen speed and service management, this place has the potential to be a top vegetarian dining spot.
