I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience with your shop Dwarkadhish Food Studio. Despite being one of the most expensive sweet shops, I found hair inside the sweet barfi I purchased. This is not the first time earlier also I noticed the same issue, but I ignored it thinking it was a one-time mistake. However, seeing it multiple times now shows a lack of hygiene and quality control. It is extremely unacceptable to get such poor quality in sweets when customers are paying premium prices. I request you to take immediate action to improve cleanliness, hygiene, and overall product quality. Otherwise, it will not be worth buying from your shop again.
