Had very very bad experience in terms of customer. I live very near to this place but had never visited this before. It was my first experience and it was super pathetic. The behaviour shown and the way we were treated while we were having our meal was so disappointing. We had a small meal order as we were just three people- my child, my mother ( who doesnt prefer eating out that often ) and me. So our order was small. We mentioned that we are here just for some snacks and not proper meal and the staff advised advised us to sit outside pointing vaguely in some directio showing no interest It was not rush hour. It was 6:30 pm and the placr was not crowded. Then comes the order taking part. My mother requested for dahi bhalla and she asked that please add cold dahi in it as she is not quite used to of placing order. To whch she was answered with a mockery in tone. The moment My mother and I finished our food the staff quickly removed the plates when my child was still finishing her meal. I dont think it comes as a politeness in customer service. Along with that all the time we were having our meal the staff was just satnding and looking at our table and hovering around us only. As if we were about to steal aroubd us. I understand that you need to be attentive to your customers but not just stand and stare at only one table when there are other customers too. It was so uncomfortbale to sit there all the while. While leaving the place I asked for the feedback register which they dont keep. Not visiting this place ever again. Not even for buying 10 ₹ article. Disgusted, hurt and disappointed for ever.
