Warning: Disappointing Experience - Avoid Durgapur Food Mart! I recently had the misfortune of dining at Durgapur Food Mart, and I must say, it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. The moment I stepped in, I was struck by the uninviting appearance of the place. The ambiance was lacking, and the decor was dated and unappealing. But, I thought, perhaps the food would redeem it. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The dishes I ordered were a disaster - poorly cooked, flavorless, and presented in an unappetizing manner. The quality of the ingredients was suspect, and I couldn't help but wonder if they were using substandard supplies. What's worse, the staff seemed completely disinterested in our table. The service was slow, and when I tried to provide feedback, it fell on deaf ears. The behavior of the team was unprofessional and borderline rude. Also they have issue on their online transaction process and they didn't even resolve it they directly blame on the customers if they did not received approval ever if transaction is being successful on customer side. Overall, my experience at Durgapur Food Mart was a disaster. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The combination of subpar food, uninviting atmosphere, and poor service makes it a restaurant to avoid. Very bad experience: It is a too much worst restaurant I have ever seen. Avoid this restaurant, otherwise you faced Harrashment. Service is too much horrible. They have issue their online transaction and blame on their customer. Very bad behavior of the staff, have not common senses, they don't have any manners to talking with customer. Staff are very rude to their customer . They provide most bad service in durgapur. The owner also harassed us. They provide left over and unhygienic food to their customer. I suggest to all please don't go there. There are many restaurant in durgapur that are much better than this food mart. Junction food court, theak, the one, hotel kohinoor are provide 1000times better services than food mart within budget. Even street food are better than this restaurant. Please don't go there.
