I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts outlet day before yesterday around 8 PM. Since this is the only Dunkin’ outlet left in Hyderabad, I travelled almost 50 km just to buy their doughnuts. But when I arrived, the staff told me they had “no doughnuts left” and even showed me an empty display to prove it. However, while walking out, I checked Swiggy and saw that the full menu — every doughnut — was still available for delivery. So I sat inside the outlet and ordered from Swiggy. The delivery partner came, went inside the kitchen, and collected the doughnuts right in front of me. I then revealed that I was the customer, took the doughnuts, and even asked them to warm them — and the same staff member who claimed they were out of stock warmed it for me. This is completely unacceptable. I travelled so far, and the staff were hiding stock and giving false information. Dunkin’ needs to look into this behaviour immediately. Service: 1 Service: Dine in

There was no air conditioning it was very hot side and there was no proper menu also to see n order. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400
