Nice and cosy local cafe with a good coffee and bakery items. We had the cookies, croissant and wheat puffs along with Darjeeling tea and an Americano. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₹200–400

Please ask your staff members to speak in Bangla, or at least in English if they do not know Bangla. Hindi is not my first language, and I am not comfortable speaking in Hindi. Despite making this obvious, they continued to speak to me in Hindi. Would they speak Hindi if they were in Rome? What kind of attitude is this? I will avoid Dunkel Braun branches until this is corrected.
