Pathetic experience. While ordering i asked the counter guy for bread omlette, as it was not on menu so i asked the price, he confirmed with the chef/staff then quoted me around 50 rupees. In between the service time was more than 30 minutes for a bread omelette and a banana shake considering i was the only customer at that moment. After finishing my food when i asked the bill, surprisingly thy doubled the price which the quoted earlier. I asked them that this is not right please talk to you staff as i ordered considering the price they quoted earlier. Still, they said, we can not do anything itna hi pay karna padega. It was my first time visiting the outlet and definitely the last time as well…. Food: 2 Service: 1

One of the worst food experiences I've had. The food was smelly and completely unappetizing—I couldn't take a single bite. The coffee was even worse, with pieces of the coffee pouch floating in it, and the milk had clearly gone bad (doodh fat gaya). After drinking that coffee, our health also got affected. It was totally unhygienic and irresponsible on their part. A complete waste of money and a serious health risk. Food: 1

Visited there with my Family. Staff is very courteous. Hygiene is excellent. There speciality is Wheat dumplings, those are superb and the dips were very different. Kudos to the team Dumpling hood Mandi
