We ordered Chikko, Full of Nuts, and Blueberry ice cream, along with a thick shake. The taste was good except for the Full of Nuts ice cream, which surprisingly had no nuts at all. The place is good for some ice cream flavours, but others are not good. Coming to the staff, they do not know how to treat customers. There was a lot of negativity in their behaviour. I also noticed that they were not wearing gloves, the store was not clean, and there was no AC. They did not provide a bill either. Overall, it was a bad experience.

I’m happy that dumont creamery is now open in Eluru. Cute store. Ambience is great. Friendly staff and good service. Tried chocolate with almond and choco brownie icecreams. Tasted good as usual.
