Please do not order food from here. The service is extremely poor and disappointing. We placed an order at 11:30 AM with an estimated delivery time of 1:30 PM. Since we work at a bank, our lunch break is from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Shockingly, the order hadn't even left the restaurant by 2:00 PM. As a result, we had to skip our lunch because our break ended by 2:30 PM, and we didn't have enough time to order from another place. Very unprofessional and worst experience. Avoid at all costs.

We had our lunch (chicken biriyani) yesterday at Dum Express Payyanur. Biriyani was super, both the rice & masala was tasty. Good quantity of rice served & chicken pieces also big.
