Taste good soup and nicely cooked chicken. Great tea is the best drinks of this restaurant. You can listen to live music in the evening. The well-trained staff welcomes visitors all year round. Service at Duck Tale is something one can call enjoyable. Prices here are reported to be democratic. There is a comfortable atmosphere and fine decor at this place. But this spot is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I don’t often leave negative reviews, but my experience at Duck Tale Cafe was so awful that I feel compelled to share it. Let’s start with the owner, who was the absolute worst part of the visit. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was tense. The music was blaring at an unbearable volume so loud that we couldn’t even hear ourselves talk. When we politely asked if they could lower the volume, the owner gave us a snarky response and ignored our request entirely. It's clear they don’t care about the comfort of their customers, and that level of arrogance is inexcusable for any business. On a positive note, the service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were the only bright spot in an otherwise miserable experience. They genuinely seemed to care, but unfortunately, their kindness couldn't make up for the owner's terrible attitude and the intolerable environment. As for the food, it was very mediocre. Nothing stood out as particularly bad, but nothing was good enough to make me want to return. Just your standard, forgettable fare that isn’t worth the hassle. Overall, Duck Tale Cafe was a nightmare. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to stay far away unless you want to deal with rude staff and an environment that’s more suited for a nightclub than a place to relax and enjoy a meal.
