It's been 4 years since I have been dining here. Good music, decent food. Must try their pasta. Apart from this the staff is very good. However the recent addition of an ill mannered female staff is a big let down. A conclusion drawn from multiple encounters. Apart from that it is a very good place to visit. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Drnk lab surathkal is the best example for how "should not" be the waiters and the person in the cash counter.I have never seen such a worst service anywhere.The satisfaction of food not only depends on the food they serve but also the behaviour of the people who serve us there.
