Asked for a very simple cake design and they messed that up too. Couldn't even write 21 properly and messed up the centering of the writing. Finishing of cake looked like any other store-bought cake and plastic instead of ribbons were used. Truly disappointing to have paid so much for such a mediocre design. Food: 2 Service: 1

I ordered Choclate choko chips cake for birthday and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. The cake was delivered without the candles additionally the taste of the cake didn’t meet the expectations it lacked flavour. Hope for a better experience in future. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I had ordered a cake for my Grandmom’s bday from this place. It was a chocolate celebration cake of 2kg. Unfortunately I wasn’t there to pick these cake up and my dad had to. 1. The bakery’s kitchen was extremely dirty and my dad immediately called me to say can we cancel the order but I had already paid the full amount in advance. So had to take deliver. 2. The cake was super dry and felt that it was not made fresh and cream had very strange smell and taste. 3. I had family friends who had travelled from different part of the country for this and they Outright refused to eat the cake and told me to please discard the cake. Thus I am giving one star to this place because it ruined a very precious and important bday in the family. Very very disappointing experience . Hello sharanam shetty ...first of all thank you for placing a order with us ....we do really apologise on what u have been through sir....first of all we show our live kitchen to our customers because we maintain tht dignity and cleanliness which can be seen through the glass....we don't know what u r dad have seen ...we assume it was a peak hour tr is might be many cakes on the tables and fresh creams all regarding and connected to the cakes tr is no otr materials apart from cakes....regarding the taste and dryness surely will take this to our chef and sort it out soon....thank you have a great day ahead
