I am a frequent customer of your coffee, you can check the records as well but nowadays the packaging has gone worse. Please improve the packaging on zomato and use less tape

Miserable staff. We ordered 3 drinks. Server delivered 2 of them, so we asked if the 3rd one is coming. Server was like “I don’t know, you go inside and ask barista”. So I did. Turns out the order we received wasn’t ours, so they asked for it back to give it to the right table. I mentioned that we already tested a sip so this can’t be served to anyone now. They made a frustrating face. 15 min later, we revived our order (again with 2 drinks instead of 3). I asked if our Rose Pistachio Latte was coming. Barista said, “But you already got the 3rd drink of someone else.” Unbelievable. I said, “it’s half filled still, and not even our order”. She said how she could’ve returned it to other customer!!!!! Or thrown it herself, why did we not return it!? (I told them that we got a drink by mistake, they could’ve taken it.. what does she mean why did I not return it). Frustrating she mentioned that sure your 3rd will arrive. BTW, do not try their Nutella Iced Coffee. It got no Nutella in it. It’s just espresso with ice cold milk served separately that they expect you to mix Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹600–800 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
