Subject: Disappointing Experience with a Damaged Cake - 7th Heaven I recently ordered a cake from 7th Heaven for a special occasion, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the product I received. The cake was visibly damaged, with a large crack as you can clearly see in this photo.It significantly impacted the presentation and overall enjoyment of the cake. Lastly i would like to say that I would strongly advise other customers to carefully inspect their cakes upon collection or delivery. I hope 7th Heaven will take this feedback seriously and improve their quality control and customer service in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
