Dear Guest You have been so rude with our staff from the day you have told us to do the booking . We have given you the quote also and also told you to pay advance amount but every time you were saying that you have bank issue still we did your booking without taking any amount but again same you refused to pay the advance amount and gave us threat . The issue was to book the room without any advance where you said numerous issues, tell me without staying in our property how you can face numerous issue ? Even we requested you so many times that to pay an amount but You neglected our calls and also didn’t responded to our messages . This type guest wants to do booking without paying anything .even we requested to do the booking from website again the same guest has a problem to the do the booking online . This guest mentally tortured our staff . And we had so many good reviews also for our excellent services. Thanks Dream Discovery
