I'm disappointed by the subpar experience at Dr. Bubbles. it's clear that the staff lacks a fundamental understanding of what a boba tea is The flavors were dull, the boba was soggy and mushy for some godforsaken reason, and the overall quality was staggering low. If the owner wants to salvage their business, they need to completely overhaul their recipe, retrain their staff, and focus on quality control. Until then, I'd advise anyone seeking a decent boba tea to look elsewhere.

This is not real boba tea. This place was too expensive with no taste and my drink had both bubbles as well as boba for some reason. Will not recommend. It is not worth the money and time. The staff was not trained to make anything they offer, basic training was missing. Please do not go here if you are expecting boba.
