Yesterday I went to downtown pizza but my experience was very bad although I have been going there for almost 5 years but I had never experienced such staff behavior. The entire staff has been changed. Yesterday I ordered hot mix veggies pizza with cheese burst, they were giving me a very bad pizza, I have been eating that pizza for so many years and never saw such a thing before, they were giving me the pizza with wrong ingredients, the cheese of which was not visible burst, then when I refused to take it saying that this was not my order, they started arguing with me. But thankfully later they changed it and I got real hot mix veggie pizza. Also, the taste of the zinger burger was not good, maybe the sauce was spoiled, it tasted weird. I never wanted to write such a review about downtown but yesterday I was very disappointed, so I had to write so that all these things are taken into consideration. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600
