the rice was good appreciate it...but the pork disappointed because instead of being shredded it was more of like minced...which I didn't like...I felt I was having noodles made of pork...please work on this for next time. ..

This is probably the newest Chinese Cloud Kitchen operating in South Kolkata. It's a new venture from the house of The Chaiwala Ordered the following : •Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice (3.5/5) •Calcutta Street-style Chicken Hakka Noodles (4/5) •Garlic Chicken Gravy (4.5/5) Good things first! I simply liked the Hakka Noodles & the Garlic Chicken. These two itself is a great combo and I loved the amount of garlic that went in the side dish. On the other hand, I did not find the Schezwan Rice to be a spicy one as it is supposed to be. Could have been better! The kitchen can think of adding some sauce and chilly-vinegar separately with their orders. You can find Downtown China over Zomato & Swiggy. You won't be disappointed with the packaging, quality and quantity, they are doing great on this part. Cost for two : 600-700 INR for two. Overall, a good start. I would definitely order more.
