The Paneer taste was so bad and the pizza not good so so and we order the veg wrap it was literally insect inside it. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your store recently. I was charged ₹25 for a cold drink that is clearly marked and usually sold at ₹15. When I questioned the price difference, the staff did not respond politely and instead behaved in a rude and disrespectful manner. What’s even more concerning is that the individual attempted to intimidate me, which made me feel unsafe. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone running a business that is supposed to serve customers honestly and respectfully. I request that you look into this matter seriously. Overcharging, misbehavior, and any form of threat or harm must not be tolerated. Please take strict action to prevent such incidents from happening in the future and ensure that your staff maintains proper pricing and customer conduct. I hope you will consider this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve your service and behavior towards customers.
