We relied on zomato and visited this place last evening only to find it closed! If the place is permanently or temporarily closed it should ' ve been updated on zomato! Very bad experience

Visited the place with my colleagues for Lunch . Place was quite crowded. And Buffet service was on. We wanted to order A-la- carte but the Supervisor said it will take 45 min so left with no option we decided to go for buffet. Entire place was in utter chaos. We also ordered for mocktails before we started . Unfortunately mocktails never arrived. Finally we went behind the counter and picked up two drinks that suspiciously looked like what we ordered. In frustration we cancelled the third drink. But the barman insisted that it was his fault and decided to give one complimentary drink , but when bill arrived we were billed for the complimentary drink also. We had to argue with Supervisor, Manager and had to get the barman as witness for cancelling a drink.

Basic food like rice , roti , Gravy items were all missing . Must have reminded them for refill at least 4 times. But alas they were looking at each other and passing the buck. Even the one sweet dish they kept was conspicuous by it's absence . On pointing out the lady there was very rude and said that what can she do if the food finishes as soon as they refill.

Unfortunately on our complaining Manager & Supervisor started shouting at the poor waiter.

In all a very pathetic experience.

This cafe , we wanted to visit but due to it is a bit far from my place ,so we always use to drop the plan.Down the road has great offers on alcohol so do visit if you love alcohol.

Finally we decided to go to this place.
Down the road , has a awesome ambience , with great bar and great tables.

We ordered Malaysian chicken, which had unique taste and flavor, also we ordered chicken tikka masala with butter naan , even chicken tikka was good but I felt it is a bit salty. we also ordered cheese garlic bread which I felt it was ok.

The service-3/5
Here service was the issue , to get the attention of the Waiter it is a task, we had to dance to get the attention.

Overall a good place to have drinks and chill.
