Ordered pizza at 10pm. The person over the call said that due to low delivery bandwidth, the Pizza would be delivered by 10:40pm (the restaurant is apprx 1km from my home). I agreed. At 11pm I called to know the status of delivery and informed that it is already delayed by 20 minutes. He said that he will update me with the status. No one called me. I called again to know the status and he said that delivery man is not answering the cal and he will update me in 5 minutes. But again no one called me. I repeated the follow up steps for multiple time to get the status as no one was calling me to update. I called for the final time at 11:20pm and I was told a rubbish story that delivery boy took the order with him and they will send me the new delivery which will take atleast 30 more minutes and as a result I asked them to cancel the order. I was just going through the reviews and same kind of thing happened with one of the customers (Mr. Hemant Gupta) and in return these guys replied that they have improved the services. YES YOU HAVE IMPROVED BY 30 MINUTES AS THE LAST CUSTOMER WAITED FOR 1.5 HOURS AND I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS. This is how DOUGH delights their online customers. Service: 1
