Ordered a cake through swiggy for my friend on his birthday, and the way they have sent it is pathetic. The cake was titled at one side and created a mess inside the box. The packaging was poor. I paid extra and asked them to send candles but to my surprise it was not there. When enquired they just simply said sorry and returned the money, spoiling the surprise for my friend.
