Ms Usmeet, You need to seriously look into the staff behaviour and discipline of your staff service and time given for the order to be completed. Waiting for 45 min for a take away order of 2 coffees is ridiculous. Truly disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
