The unlimited dosa experience offered good food, but the service fell below average. Despite the flavorful dosas, the overall dining satisfaction was hindered by the subpar service. Venue is quite good but the food was not at all as per expectations. Ordered Butter Masala Dosa, Cheese Masala and Mysore Masala but all of them were bad in taste. It seemed like Base paper was made in a hurry in very short time to catch up with festival traffic thus compromising the quality. Filling in the Mysore Masala Dosa was almost half then Butter Masala Dosa with almost no difference in taste. I can't believe after this experience that this was the same restaurant that I once used to go often. Better to try with other restaurants for South Indian dishes as dosa.com seems like has forgotten how to make south indian food and not just name. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
