Recently i visited Dosa Haunted, hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, I was disappointed by the service and cleanliness. Despite ordering with enthusiasm, what I received was less than appealing. The plates and bowls served had gravy splatters around the edges, as if they hadn't been cleaned properly. The table was also left with gravy stains from previous guests, which made the experience feel unkempt and uninviting. Additionally, the serving itself was not up to standard, lacking the presentation and attention that one would expect. At one point, I called a waiter over for assistance. Although he looked at me, he didn’t acknowledge or respond, which left me feeling ignored and frustrated. At the end of my meal, when I tried to provide feedback to the receptionist in hopes of a constructive discussion, I was met with an unprofessional response. Instead of addressing my concerns, he seemed to make light of the situation, which was disappointing and left a negative impression. Suggestions for Improvement: It would greatly benefit Dosa Haunted to focus on a few key areas: 1. Cleanliness: Attention to detail in cleaning dishes and tables can significantly enhance the dining atmosphere. 2. Quality of Serving: Improving the presentation and neatness of dishes would make the dining experience more enjoyable. 3. Customer Service Training: Staff training in communication and respectful engagement could improve interactions and make every guest feel valued, regardless of language or background. 4. Constructive Feedback Acceptance: Welcoming guest feedback positively can contribute to better service in the future. While the food could have potential, these aspects overshadowed my experience.
