Review: I recently visited Dosa Plaza , hoping to enjoy some authentic dosa, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfying. The service was downright disappointing; the staff seemed uninterested in helping, inattentive, and took forever to even acknowledge us, let alone take our order. When we asked for simple things like water, it felt like we were inconveniencing them. The hygiene was also a serious issue. The tables were sticky, and the overall cleanliness of the place was questionable. There was no soap in the handwashing area, which is concerning, especially in a restaurant where you often eat with your hands. To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was indifferent to any feedback. When we politely mentioned the lack of soap, they shrugged it off as if it wasn’t important. All in all, this place might have potential with the food, but the poor service and unhygienic atmosphere make it hard to recommend. Save yourself the trouble and try another spot.
