Do not delay your visit – seriously, the Indian cuisine is waiting for you. Visitors don't highly appreciate sambar at this restaurant. A lot of people say that the staff is cool at this place. If you want to experience good service, you should visit Dosa. It's a good place with the homey atmosphere. But this place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

Worst Experience Ever at Dosa Plaza – Neelkant Star, Karnal (10-08-2025) I had an extremely disappointing visit today at this DOSA PLAZA OUTLET AT NEELKANT STAR . • Staff Behaviour: The waiter had very poor communication skills, provided wrong information about their dosas. • Food Quality: Absolutely pathetic – stale taste, wrong preparation, and far from what was promised. • Service: Unprofessional at both the waiter and cash counter. no customer respect. • Hygiene & Standards: Completely unacceptable for a brand like Dosa Plaza. Their GSTIN: 06ADRPN3174C1ZI My Recommendation: I strongly advise everyone to avoid this “ DOSA PLAZA AT NEELKANT STAR “outlet. This was my first and definitely my last visit here.
