Poor quality food. Just waste of money. The nariyal chutni with sambhar is worst. No quality no taste. Do not visit here if you do not want to spoil your mood and money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400

I recently visited Dosa Plaza at Crown Interiorz Mall in Faridabad, eager to indulge in some South Indian delicacies. The overall experience was a mix of highs and lows, leaving me with mixed feelings about the establishment. First and foremost, the food at Dosa Plaza did not disappoint. We opted for a variety of dosas, including masala dosa, butter masala dosa, sambar vada, and Rawa plain dosa. Each dosa was flavorful and prepared to perfection, leaving our taste buds satisfied. The chefs managed to capture the authentic essence of South Indian cuisine, making it a redeeming aspect of the visit. However, the shining food experience was dimmed by the service we received. The staff appeared overwhelmed and disorganized, leading to a considerable delay in getting our orders. We had to repeat our order multiple times, which was quite frustrating. The slow service dampened the overall dining experience, especially for those who were hungry and looking forward to a quick meal. Adding to the subpar service, the ambiance was less than ideal. The noise level in the restaurant was excessive, making it challenging to hold a conversation without raising our voices. The lack of a calming and comfortable environment took away from the pleasure of dining. Additionally, the untidy condition of the restaurant further lowered our impression, leaving us a little disappointed. In conclusion, while Dosa Plaza at Crown Interiorz Mall in Faridabad serves delightful dosas that are a treat for the taste buds, the overall experience falls short of expectations due to the slow service and the noisy, somewhat untidy ambiance. If the management can work on improving the service efficiency and create a more pleasant dining atmosphere, it has the potential to be a top-notch establishment for South Indian cuisine enthusiasts.
