I specifically tried their Mysore Masala Dosa, Masala Dosa, and Paneer Schezwan Dosa, and each one was a winner in its own right. The Mysore Masala Dosa was an explosion of flavor. The crispy dosa, perfectly fermented and light, cradled a rich and spicy potato filling that was bursting with Mysore masala goodness. The coconut chutney and sambar that accompanied it were the perfect complements, cooling down the heat and adding another layer of taste. The Masala Dosa, a classic for a reason, was equally delicious. The simple potato filling was seasoned to perfection, and the dosa itself was beautifully crisp and golden brown.
