This place is really good! I tried the Ghee Podi Idly, Paneer Chilly Dosa, and Podi Dosa — all were delicious. The Chilly Paneer Dosa is definitely the highlight — it’s available both with and without onion and garlic, and tastes absolutely amazing either way. I personally loved the Chilly Paneer Dosa and Ghee Podi Idly the most. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great South Indian flavors with a tasty twist! Dosa Plaza Bhubaneswar: A Dosa Delight! Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Dosa Plaza Bhubaneswar, and let me tell you, it was a feast for the senses! I specifically tried their Mysore Masala Dosa, Masala Dosa, and Paneer Schezwan Dosa, and each one was a winner in its own right. The Mysore Masala Dosa was an explosion of flavor. The crispy dosa, perfectly fermented and light, cradled a rich and spicy potato filling that was bursting with Mysore masala goodness. The coconut chutney and sambar that accompanied it were the perfect complements, cooling down the heat and adding another layer of taste. The Masala Dosa, a classic for a reason, was equally delicious. The simple potato filling was seasoned to perfection, and the dosa itself was beautifully crisp and golden brown.
