Dosa plaza has created a sense of trust since its opening in the city but the last two experience of irdering from there was a big mistake. The sambhar and chutney were of low quality. The red chutney was not sent. moreover the size if onion uttapa was smaller than that I had when I visited them. The taste was also bland. Please if you have excess of orders and you choose to compromise the quality rather than not accepting the orders, I request please choose not to take the orders. Maybe they sent a different dish. Totally disappointed with it. If possible please send me a refund.

1/5 stars Disappointing experience at Dosa Plaza Bhagalpur. The potato filling in their dosa was overwhelmingly spicy and lacked flavor. Almost every customer who received the same dosa left it unfinished due to its excessive spiciness and saltiness. When I shared my feedback with the owner, the response was cold and unhelpful, suggesting a sole focus on profit over customer satisfaction. Given the subpar food and poor service, I won't be returning. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
