This was my second visit to Door to South Café, and I must say, I really appreciate their concept of a limited menu focused on quality over quantity. Every chutney served had an authentic, distinct taste, and the use of pure ghee in every dish truly elevated the flavors. The ambiance is simple and calming—just the way it should be when you're serving soulful food. Coming from a South Indian family, it felt heartwarming to finally find a place near Salisbury Park that offers such familiar and comforting taste. A few suggestions though: Please consider using traditional South Indian rice varieties like Sona Masoori or Kolam. The current rice doesn't do justice to dishes like lemon rice or puliyogare. The filter coffee could be a bit thicker and richer. In fact, sticking to only authentic South Indian beverages like buttermilk (neer mor), rasam shots, or paanagam would really match your brand’s identity. For interiors, adding plants like Bird of Paradise would enhance the natural vibe. A mist spray system would also be a great addition during summers for better comfort. Overall, it's a lovely place with great potential. Looking forward to visiting again! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000
