A Disappointing Experience at Doner Daily, Skytech Matrott (Sector 76) I've been a longtime fan of Doner Daily, specifically the stall at Skytech Matrott in Sector 76, Noida. Despite living 15 kms away and not having delivery available, I've made the trip to enjoy their shawarma at least 10 times before. It used to be, without a doubt, one of the best authentic shawarma points in Noida. Sadly, my experience today suggests that standard has plummeted. Upon arriving, I was immediately struck by the lack of any crowd and just one person managing the stall. When I asked about the "old team," the employee informed me they had opened a new restaurant nearby and the original crew was working there. I ordered anyway for old times' sake, but the preparation was shocking: * The employee started to burn the chicken while multitasking. I even had to step in and help him rotate the meat to prevent it from burning completely. * He clearly didn't know how to carve the chicken properly. * The final product was a disaster. The shawarma and loaded fries were both ruined by the taste of burnt chicken and excessive salt. * The loaded fries were particularly poor; once the top layer of cheese and garnish was gone, it was just dry French fries and chicken. The final straw came when I opened a shawarma I had brought home for my family and found hair in it. This is simply unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. This is no longer the Doner Daily I knew. This stall is now selling overpriced junk and actively ruining the brand's reputation. * If this stall is operating without authorization, the original Doner Daily owner should immediately take legal action. * If this is somehow still affiliated with the owner, they must either properly train the team or, better yet, close this specific stall down. I strongly caution former and potential customers to avoid the Doner Daily stall at Skytech Matrott until these serious quality and hygiene issues are addressed.
