**Extremely Disappointed – Worst Domino’s Experience Ever!** I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences with Domino’s recently, and I feel compelled to share it so others are aware of their poor service. Firstly, the **staff was shockingly rude** and absolutely unprofessional. They showed no courtesy in handling the order, spoke in a disrespectful tone, and acted as if doing their job was a favor to me. Secondly, despite ordering within the time frame that qualifies for their so-called **“30-minute delivery guarantee,”** the order arrived **over 60 minutes late**. And no, there was **no apology, no compensation**, not even a proper explanation. So much for a delivery guarantee — it’s just a hollow promise. To make matters worse, the food was **cold, soggy, and clearly delayed intentionally**. This isn't just bad service — this is intentional negligence. It's shocking that a global brand like Domino’s would **treat customers this way simply based on location**. Yes, I genuinely felt there was **discrimination based on where I live**, because my area was treated like it didn’t deserve timely or respectful service. Domino's at Gurdwara Junction is a peaceful and calm place, unlike typical food joints, thanks to its less crowded atmosphere. The staff is friendly and provides good service. However, hygiene is a major concern and needs serious improvement. If cleanliness isn’t a priority for you, the quiet ambiance makes it a decent spot to enjoy your meal.
