I ordered on 06th Feb 2025 the Fiery Jalapeno Paprika Pizza from Domino's, and it was a huge disappointment. The pizza was half-baked, and the taste was nowhere near what I expected. Despite the poor quality, we somehow managed to eat it. However, what frustrated me even more was the customer service at the outlet. When I called to inform them about the issue, instead of acknowledging the problem, they rudely blamed me, saying, "Why did you eat it if it was not good?" Their tone was completely unprofessional. To make things worse, they told me that if I hadn’t eaten it, I should have brought it back to the outlet for a replacement. This kind of response was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful. Such behavior from a well-known brand like Domino's is unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will never order from Domino’s again.
