I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent order I placed. I ordered a pizza at 12:34 AM on May 7th, but it was not delivered until 2:10 AM, despite the store being only about two miles from my location. During this time, I attempted to contact the store multiple times, but no one answered my calls. To make matters worse, when the pizza finally arrived, it was completely cold almost as if it had been left out for hours. This is unacceptable, especially from a brand known for its prompt service. What’s most frustrating is that there was no communication or update regarding the delay. I stayed up late waiting for my order, only to be met with poor service and an inedible meal. I expected better from Domino’s. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into the matter. I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate action regarding this experience. Functional and small place. The outlet services more delivery than in-store dining. At peak hours takeaway wait times can be long. The staff is usually transparent about it. They accept payment via Cash, Card and UPI. Limited seating. No handwash. No wait area for takeaway. They should expand the outlet.
