Worst dominos in the asansol the food is worst the staff behaviour is not friendly like they don't wanna sell the pizzas and quantity and taste in compare to other outlets this is the worst Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Needs Urgent Attention Order No: 100 Date: 03 May 2025 Domino’s Murgasol, Asansol I had a very unpleasant experience at this Domino’s outlet, and I feel compelled to share it for the attention of management and fellow customers: 1. The store was shockingly dirty – far worse than any average local restaurant. There was zero hygiene being maintained. 2. The same employee was multitasking everything – taking orders, cooking, cleaning tables and floors. This raises serious hygiene and safety concerns. 3. I ordered 3 pizzas and a garlic bread, but was given only 2 pizzas initially. I had to argue and show my bill multiple times to finally get what I paid for. 4. The parking situation outside was chaotic, with no regulation or proper space – it felt like a local fish market. 5. There was no Domino’s sauce available. We were given some generic sauce that you'd get at a roadside stall. 6. The cheese used in the pizzas had a bad odor and an extremely sour taste. None of us could eat it properly. 7. Overall, the experience was worse than eating from a local street vendor. At least there, we get what we pay for with better hygiene and taste. I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and improves the store conditions. This kind of service is unacceptable from a reputed brand. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
