WORST EVER I placed my order (143) at 10:30 PM through Swiggy, expecting my food to be delivered by 11:10 PM. But guess what? My order completely vanished from the Domino's Alappuzha outlet! I've tried countless times to reach out to the restaurant, but of course, no one bothered to answer my calls. And Swiggy – they were utterly useless in this situation! This is absolutely unacceptable! I’m furious with this terrible service and the worst experience I’ve ever had. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹400–600

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Domino’s Alappuzha through Zomato. I placed my order at 11:30 PM, and the app initially showed a 20-minute delivery time. However, the time kept increasing again and again — first 20 minutes, then again 20 minutes, then 30 minutes — with no proper explanation. When I contacted support, I received no proper help. The outlet staff behaved very rudely. Around 11:45–11:50 PM, the shop appeared to be closed. To make things worse, the Domino’s staff claimed there was “heavy rain” causing the delay. This is completely false. I live just 10 minutes away from the store, and there was absolutely no rain at that time. Giving false excuses to customers is unacceptable. Shockingly, around 2:00 AM, I received a call saying the order was ready and on the way. Who delivers pizza 2+ hours late after promising 20 minutes? When we questioned this, we were simply told to cancel the order, and the call was disconnected. Further calls were not answered properly. This is highly irresponsible, dishonest, and disrespectful service. Very disappointed. Service: 1
