Worst service, yesterday I had some guest in my house. SO I ordered 6in 1 pizza, 1st the order came 1hr late and the pizza was crushed when I opened the box. Customer care are also non responsive. The outlet is just 10 minutes walking distance from my home. This is the 3rd time I am getting bad service from this outlet. Always delivery is getting late, staffs behaviour is also bad. Never in my life I am going to order from here. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is so embarrassing for this hotel to show this pathetic behaviour having a multi national store branch! We waited for 2 hrs but didn't received our delivery. We stay in banani complex which is just 2 minutes of the walking distance. And what I got for the excuse of not getting my food delivered was that the delivery boy was not available. However, when I reached the place to get on my order which was supposed to be delivered on my very home then what I see is there are many delivery boys around. Also, when we went ourselves to get a food it was so dry and cold. IS THIS A JOKE TO YOU ALL? THE KIDS WERE HUNGRY! WE ORDERED HOME DELIVERY FOR A REASON NOT FOR OURSELVES TO BE THE DELIVERY MAN INSTEAD! "THIS BEHAVIOUR WAS NOT EXPECTED FRON THIS BRANCH! SHAME..."
