Kindly note As we are very regular customer in this dominions outlet we observe that staff behaviour is very bad and they take the bill on their personal transactions in their own personal account (UPI) and they denied to take the card transaction on the card machine provided by official dominos hence argued with the same . Since my family was very hungry we had no other options we paid as he ( MR MUNNA GHOSH ) said . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I felt this specific outlet to be very bad , not cause the food, in fact the food is better than other outlets as it is generally served hot. The problem here is the unprofessional staff , the lady at the receptionist and the guy in the kitchen keep arguing over small issues , I personally have seen this thrice and would have visieted this outlet max 10 times. This behaviour of the staff spoils the atmospher that once expects from a dominoes store and shows their lack of basic staff training. I hope the owners of this franchise outlet and Dominoes India will look into this and improve their staff training going ahead . Also I don't know why they've started giving chilli flakes wrapped in tissue paper when you take a pizza for takeaway , this is an extremely cheap act from Dominoes, just imagining what margins you would be able squeeze from this.
