Ordered a Thin Crust Margherita and received something completely unacceptable. The base was over-baked, extremely dry, peeling into layers, and had a burnt, unpleasant smell. This was not edible and definitely not what Domino’s calls a thin crust. What’s worse is the support. I reported the issue immediately with photos, was promised a follow-up, and then ignored across the app, Instagram, and Twitter. The app eventually locked me out and auto-closed the case saying “time has passed.” Terrible food quality + even worse customer support. Save your money and order elsewhere. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad service though we got the pizzas very late and they were so soggy ans when i told then that u have given late they were saying its night time then what?? U have typed only for 30 minutes there than how can we wait for 2 hours very bad experience i would recommend to not buy from this store Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
