Feedback on Poor Dining Experience at Domino's Pizza Gandhi park Aligarh Dear Domino's Team, I am writing to share my recent experience at your outlet, which was quite disappointing and far from the standard I expected from a reputed brand like Domino's. I visited the store for lunch with a friend, hoping to enjoy a good meal. Unfortunately, we faced multiple issues that ruined our experience: 1. Poor Food Quality: The food we received was of subpar quality. The taste was below average and certainly not what we expected for the price paid. 2. Small Portions: The portion sizes were extremely small compared to the price. It felt overpriced for what little was served. 3. Overpriced Cold Drinks: The cold drinks were heavily overpriced, and even they didn't taste fresh or fizzy enough. 4. Non-Functioning AC: The air conditioning in the store was not working, making the environment uncomfortable, especially during lunch hours. 5. Lack of Space: The seating arrangement was congested and there wasn’t enough space to dine comfortably. Overall, this experience was extremely underwhelming, and I genuinely hope you take this feedback seriously. As a regular customer of Domino's, I believe the brand should maintain consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
