**Pathetic Service from Domino’s Yavatmal – Extremely Disappointing!** I had a terrible experience with Domino’s Yavatmal. I placed an order expecting it to arrive within the promised 30 minutes, but it ended up taking over **90 minutes**—and the outlet is just **1.6 km away**! The delivery agent name is Ram Dhale who is very rude. **Zero Tracking & No Real Support:** The app showed no accurate tracking, and there was no option to contact the outlet directly. When I tried reaching out, I got **no meaningful assistance**. **Excuses Instead of Action:** The delivery executive casually mentioned that they didn’t have enough riders, which caused an extra 90 minutes delay beyond the estimated time. That’s unacceptable. **Cold Food & No Accountability:** After all the waiting, my order arrived **cold**, and Domino’s customer support offered nothing helpful—just generic responses and no resolution. **Pro Tip:** Never opt for prepaid. Always choose **Cash on Delivery** (COD). That way, if your order is severely delayed like mine, you can refuse it—just like their team refuses to take responsibility. The so-called “**30-minute delivery guarantee**” is **completely misleading**. Domino’s Yavatmal seriously needs to improve its operations and customer service. The taste of the pizza was good as expected from Domino's, but the service at the Yavatmal outlet could be improved. We had to wait longer than usual for our order, and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. Cleanliness was decent, but the dine-in experience felt a little rushed.
