I would give negetive star if possible. Absolutely pathetic service from Domino’s. They never answer calls, take more than an hour to deliver, and fail to resolve issues or provide refunds. It’s frustrating dealing with a brand that shows zero accountability. Honestly, this store should be shut down it’s an absolute waste, only there to disappoint customers. Avoid at all costs. I had a very bad experience at this Domino’s outlet. The place was not clean at all. The interior looked poorly maintained, and the staff didn’t bother to clean the tables unless we asked them to. It felt unhygienic and unwelcoming. The service was also not great — when we ordered pizza, they didn’t even ask what crust we wanted and just gave us the default one without any choice. The pizza itself tasted bad and seemed poorly made. It didn’t have the usual Domino’s quality. The outlet is located on the first floor of an apartment building, which makes parking a big problem. Overall, the experience was disappointing in terms of cleanliness, service, food taste, and convenience. I don’t recommend visiting this outlet. You people actually deserve a negative rating. Not expected this type of service from dominos. Taking more than 1.30 hr to deliver for a distance of 1.6 km . As I'm writing this i still have not received my order. Calls are not answered by the store employees . Hey dominos, you can do better than this . Make changes at store level first.
