We've placed the order on 6:30pm today evening keeping in view of 2 cancellations of previous orders. We're told that we receive order placed by 7:45.We kept calling upto 8:30 as it's too late, but we didn't receive the order until 9 pm stating from the outlet that it will be delivered soon. I hope you're aware that subway entry for other personnel is upto 9 pm and orders to be delivered on or before it. You guys kept us waiting for 3 hours(UPTO 9:30PM) starting from placing of order and As a group of 5 people,we've relied on this order for today's dinner, but ENDED sleep with our stomachs empty. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE EXPERIENCED COLD SHOULDER FROM DOMINO'S & THIS TIME IT ACCOUNTS TO OUR TEST OF PATIENCE,LOSS OF TIME AND MADE US FRUSTRATED,LOSS OF CONFIDENCE. NOW A GOOD WORD OF MOUTH CAN BE EXPECTED FROM OUR END TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. WE WANT A COMPENSATION IN VIEW OF ABOVE INCIDENT ;IF NOT WE'RE FORWARDING TO REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER FOR POOR SERVICE
