Very disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. I placed a dine-in order through the app, which showed that my order was ready. However, when I approached the staff to collect it, they took my phone to check the order number and marked it as picked up themselves — without my permission — and even gave it a 5-star rating on my behalf. I actually received my order 20 minutes later after asking multiple times (4-5 times) and being ignored by the staff. The attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude, and there was a complete lack of courtesy towards customers. To make matters worse, the ambience was poor — ACs weren’t working, making the dine-in experience uncomfortable. The food was below average too — the garlic breadsticks were undercooked, and the overall taste didn’t meet the usual Domino’s standards. Would not recommend this outlet unless major improvements are made in both service and food quality. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
