Pathetic, very bad service. Although they claim 30 minutes Delivery Guarantee, we had to wait almost for 60-80 minutes to get our pizzas delivered to home. It was Daughters's birthday yesterday and as her friends were at home, we had ordered 4 Veggie varieties, by the time it got home, all the pizzas had become too cold and felt like pasta , no freshness, kids totally disliked it. In fact I called their 1800 support number for which the support guy said the store manager will call and apologise or waive off the charges, so far no call or response from the store manager. I haven't ever dined in there, but for now I'm sure, I won't order from here for the future orders.
