I visited your restaurant (Dominos Thodupuzha)with my son on 29th February 2026 and ordered a Tandoori pizza.
We were served the pizza after approximately 25 minutes. From the first bite, we noticed an unusual taste. My son felt uncomfortable eating it because he said it tasted bad. However, I ate the entire pizza and bought chicken wings for my son.
Shortly afterwards, I developed severe abdominal pain followed by intense diarrhoea. My condition became so serious that I had to go to the hospital. It was a very distressing and frightening experience.
I am extremely concerned about the quality and safety of the food served. I request that you investigate this matter urgently and respond appropriately.
