I ordered one regular Vegetable Loaded pan pizza at 6:33 PM. There were almost two families behind us, and their orders were taken after ours. However, I don’t know how, but all the customers who came later received their orders before us. They were even served large 8-slice pizzas, not regular ones. We kept waiting and finally received our order at 6:57 PM, and that too only after I asked the staff 2–3 times. Each time they just said “5 more minutes.” Meanwhile, the orders of people who came after us were already ready. The staff was not helpful, did not give a proper explanation, and did not even apologize for the delay. Instead, they were laughing while customers were waiting. The pizza we received was half-baked as well. I live in the same area, and this was a very disappointing experience. I want to inform people from Patilwadi, Yashodan Nagar, and Savarkar Nagar to avoid this outlet. The service is poor, the staff behavior is bad, and the food quality is not good.
