The service provided was extremely poor. The kitchen was not up to the standards of a Domino’s restaurant. The ovens were greasy and the food trays had cockroaches on them. When we raised this issue, the staff ignored us. The tables were not cleaned when we asked the staff to do so. They informed us that it was not their responsibility to clean the tables and that we should dispose the old pizza boxes left by previous customers. The air conditioning was not working and the entrance door was broken. The staff appeared indifferent to the situation. I am concerned about the management of this store and would like to meet them personally. This is a concerning situation and I am curious to know what measures are being taken to address these issues.
