I visited your establishment today and would like to register a complaint regarding two serious issues: Air Conditioning Not Working Properly: The AC was either not functioning or performing poorly, causing discomfort to all the visitors. Despite being an enclosed space and charging standard prices for services, the cooling was not at all satisfactory. Overcharging on Cold Drinks and Water: Cold drinks and water bottles were being sold at rates higher than the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), which is against consumer rights and the Legal Metrology Act. I kindly request you to take immediate action to fix the AC and stop the practice of overcharging on bottled beverages. Customers expect fair treatment and value for money when they visit such establishments Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
