Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Quality and Incomplete Order – Domino’s Pizza, Jawahar NagarIt is very unfortunate that we ordered food from Domino’s Pizza, Jawahar Nagar, and had a highly disappointing experience.We ordered two Five Course Meals, each consisting of a pizza, nuggets, croissant, and a cold drink. However, upon delivery, the food was completely cold, unhygienic, and tasteless. Out of the two meals, we could consume only one pizza; the other was left untouched as it was not worth eating.In addition, the cold drinks included in the meal were not delivered, despite being part of the order.We did not expect such poor quality and incomplete service from a brand of Domino’s standing and reputation. This experience has significantly affected our trust, and we may refrain from ordering from this outlet in the future.We request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.
